Among others, I love the Romantics (Byron and Shelley), Victorians (Eliot, Tennyson, Wilde, and the Rossettis), and their Russian counterparts (Gogol, Chekhov, Tolstoy and specially Dostoyevsky) while The Jewish Trio soothes my soul (Bellow, Malamud, and Roth).
In time, I will explore some of my favourite literary movements in detail and the contributions that writers, both notable and obscure, made in various moments in history and extrapolate their significance to our society.
